• Lenders on non-performing mortgages and OREO;
• Under-capitalized real estate operators

We’re an acquisition and post acquisition solution, refinancing homebuilders and buying distressed land and condos.

Using over $140 million of our own capital, we are focusing on specific strategic initiatives where our expertise is deepest and our ability to add value is greatest. We now seek deal flow to leverage our demonstrated expertise and deep knowledge in each of these initiatives.
