We are looking for deal flow from:
- Distressed or under-capitalized owners in need of additional working capital or comprehensive recapitalization;
- Builders and developers with developable land but with no source of financing;
- Projects already in bankruptcy or foreclosure in need of new capital and a fresh strategic vision.
Our deal size ranges from $5 million to $100 million. Our team specializes in acquiring complex ‘workout’ deals. Because we have an experienced team in place, we can act quickly:
- Quick due diligence
- Close for cash
High expertise and an investment approach based on data-driven analysis of current market drivers and fundamentals, not optimistic opinions and forecasts of where occupancy and rent levels might be in the future.
