Real Capital Solutions Initiatives

The Real Capital Solutions homebuilding division and its’ affiliate, elacora, were developed to capitalize on the opportunities in the housing market arising from dislocated deals and undercapitalized homebuilders. Having identified an underserved, capital-constrained market, The homebuilding division formed an experienced team to strategically build a business that extracts value from prevailing housing market conditions. Since 2009, the company has been involved in the acquisition of more than 8,500 residential lots.

HCS operates with proven leadership and a disciplined execution model to achieve our target results. Our acquisitions are driven by IRR and deal profit, not company growth, which allows us to make prudent buying decisions.

Our homebuilding division and elacora work with builders, developers, and lenders to provide strategic management as well as financial solutions for small-to-medium sized land and homebuilding projects. Our target equity investment is $5mil - $40mil, although the right opportunities outside of this range will be considered.

Our Strategy

Homebuilder Capital Solutions recognizes that debt and equity can be difficult to obtain for local and regional builders. Smart capital aggregators like HCS have a unique opportunity to fill that void by partnering with homebuilders capable of managing the many complexities of residential development.

HCS continues to invest significant equity into residential real estate development. Our current markets include CA, CO, FL, NM and OR. HCS is actively searching for new investment opportunities nationally.
